Das Modell der Kondenslokomotive der Argentinischen Staatsbahn ist in einer einmaligen Auflage von einhundert StÃ¼ck im Jahre 1981 von der Modellbau-Firma Christian HÃ¶hne exklusiv fÃ¼r das Patentwerk E.P. Lehmann in NÃ¼rnberg gefertigt worden.

Vorbild:
Henschel Kondens-Dampflokomotive Estado 8006 der Sistema Argentino - Baujahr 1937.
Kondens-Lokomotiven, eine vielversprechende Weiterentwicklung im Lokomotivbau und gerade bei wasserarmen Strecken ist dies eine sehr wirtschaftliche Konstruktion. Besonders in SÃ¼dafrika und auch in SÃ¼damerika sind diese hochentwickelten Lokomotiven zu finden. Nicht nur der Wasserverbrauch sondern auch der Brennstoffverbrauch wurde erheblich eingespart.
Die Entwicklung der Kondensationseinrichtung wurde ganz maÃŸgeblich von der Fa. Henschel & Sohn und von Prof. Dr. Roosen gefÃ¶rdert.

This model of a condensing steam locomotive of the Argentinian State Railway was produced in a limited production run of one hundred pieces in 1981 by the Model Company Christian HÃ¶hne exclusively for E. P. Lehmann of Nuremberg, Germany.

Prototype:
Henschel condensing steam locomotive Estado 8006 of the Sistema Argentino Railroad of 1037.
Condensing steam locomotives is a promising development in locomotive design especially useful for arid stretches of railroad. These highly advance engines are found in service specifically in South Africa and in South America. Not only is the water consumption reduced, but the fuel consumption is also considerably less than that of a regular steam locomotive.
The development of the condensing steam locomotive was supported largely by the company of Henschel & Son, and by Professor Dr. Roosen.
