Hinweis von LGB am 10. März 2018:
Wir möchten nochmals darauf hinweisen, dass bei diesem Modell das Schleuderrad zusammen mit dem Innentriebwerk angetrieben ist, dass aber aus Sicherheitsgründen ein richtiger Schneeschleuderbetrieb nicht möglich ist.
Das Schleuderrad darf keine Verletzungen verursachen und kann somit auch nicht aus Metall hergestellt werden, ebenso muss sichergestellt sein, dass beim unbeabsichtigten Hineingreifen keine Verletzungen verursacht werden, demzufolge wird das Schleuderrad über eine Rutschkupplung angetrieben.

Steam powered rotary snowplow Xrot 9213 of the RhB (Rhaetian Railway).
This is a finely detailed model in heavy metal construction (brass and die-cast) and many separately applied details.
It is driven by two powerful motors in both trucks.
The doors to the cab and the access hatches for the rotary running gear can be opened.
A separate motor powers the rotary blower wheel with movable internal running gear.
The snowblower has a manually adjustable ejection chute as well as manually adjustable guide wings on the rotary plow wheel.
The paint scheme and lettering are prototypical for Era VI, as the rotary snowplow is an historic vehicle still in use.
The snowblower is equipped with an mfx/DCC decoder with many light and sound functions such as headlights with the Swiss lighting scheme, firebox lighting, cab lighting, running sounds, a whistle that can be activated by reed switches, and much more.
The snowblower has a built-in smoke unit with steam exhaust as well as cylinder steam synchronized with the wheels.

Note by LGB on 10 March 2018:
We would like to point out again that in this model, the rotary wheel is powered together with the interior drive mechanism but that for safety reasons, a prototypical rotary snowplow operation is not possible!
The rotary wheel must not cause any injuries and therefore cannot be made of metal; it must also be ensured that no injuries are caused by unintentionally reaching into the rotary wheel, therefore a saafety clutch is incorparated in the rotary wheel drive mechanism.
