Prototype -
In recent years the NDM6 diesel locos have taken the loads off the Steam B class locos on the DHR.
These surefooted Diesels haul passenger trains on the Himalayan foothills.
Model -
The model is battery powered with two motors and all metal gear drives.
Detailed photo-etched body overlays and detailed chassis.
Fitted with, gauge adjustable wheels for 32/45 mm gauge tracks, or with 45mm gauge insulated wheels (factory set).
Directional lighting are some of the standard features on this model.
Available Loco Numbers: 600 & 603 (Matheran), 601, 602, 604 & 605 (DHR)

Complete brass built DHR Diesel NDM6 loco in 16mm scale.
All brass body work and chassis with cast and machined brass fittings.
Detailed photo-etched body overlays.
Ready to install RC, sound and battery pack.
Powered by two powerful motors and all metal drive trains.
Scale: 16mm=1foot (1:19)
Set: 1 complete painted loco
Gauge: Gauge adjustable steel wheels for 32mm/45mm gauges.
Length (over buffers): 253mm
Width: 102mm (cab roof ends);
Height: 144mm (above rail top).
Features:
1. Complete brass built chassis and body shell, with detailed photo-etched body overlays, including vents, latches, louvers, makers/number plates (in Hindi & English), and radiator grill.
2. Cast and machined head/marker/fog lamps, hand rails, steps, brake cylinders, lifting tackles, hooks, sandbox/fuel tank/radiator filler caps, cleats, hatch covers, leaf springs, air horns, and axle boxes.
3. Working doors & hatches, windows are glazed. Prototypical ‘D’ style DHR buffer couplers.
4. Powered by dual high torque 12v DC motors driving all metal drives, on both axles.
5. In cab controls & electrical fittings are factory installed including 3-way power switch, sound & light switches, charging socket and 10A fuse & holder, LED directional head/marker & fog lights.
