Diese kleine Rangierlok ist eine der bekanntesten Lokomotiven Amerikas. Sie begann ihr langes Leben bei der Sumpter Valley Railway und wurde später zur Denver & Rio Grande Western verkauft, wo sie als No. 50 im Dienst stand. Heute ist die Lok im Colorado Railroad Museum zu sehen. Das LGB-Modell ist eine maßstabsgetreue Nachbildung der Rangierlok in den Farben der Sumpter Valley Rwy.

This simple little switcher is one of America’s best known locomotives. It began its long life on the Sumpter Valley Railway, then was sold to the Denver & Rio Grande Western in Colorado, where it became No. 50. Today, it can be seen at the Colorado Railroad Museum. This LGB model is a precise replica of this Caterpillar-powered switcher in its Sumpter Valley livery.
