Zeichnung zum Bau einer Loktrage (Download unter "Explosionszeichnung")

Die Zeichnung ist exemplarisch fÃ¼r eine 90cm LÃ¤nge.
Die LÃ¤nge kann variieren, dann muss man sich den Plan anpassen.
Die HÃ¶he und Breite hat fÃ¼r mich immer gepasst.

Material:
Buchenholz 30 x 30 mm
Multiplex 10mm Dicke
Alublech 2mm
Spanplattenschrauben TORX Vollgewinde 3 x 10
Spanplattenschrauben TORX Teilgewinde 4 x 40
M3 x 4 Senkkopf (AluplÃ¤ttchen unten)
Klavierband
GummifÃ¼ÃŸe ca. 15mm hoch
Bolzenriegel
Schaumstoff

Die Schrauben zum Befestigen der 4-Kant HÃ¶lzer sind Spax 4x40
Die Bleche wurden verschraubt mit 3 x 10mm
Auch die KlavierbÃ¤nder der Klappen und die VerschlÃ¼sse wurden damit verschraubt.

Die MaÃŸe der zusammengebauten Loktrage kann man sich per dwfx Datei ausmessen. Ein Viewer gibt es bei Autodesk gratis.

Nicht eingezeichnet sind vier 10mm hohe GummifÃ¼sse.
Die kommen in die Ã¤uÃŸeren LÃ¶cher des Blechs.
Auch der Griff oben ist nicht eingezeichnet.

Kommerzieller Nachbau ist untersagt.
