Dieses Modell wurde lange von LGB als Spreewaldlok (DR) hergestellt.
Die wichtigste Ă„nderung zum alten Modell http://www.gbdb.info/details.php?image_id=86 betrifft die eingebaute Elektronik. Beim diesem Modell ist schon die neue Steckdose eingebaut.
Diese schön proportionierte Tenderlokomotive wurde 1917 von der Lokomotivfabrik Jung für die Pillkaller Kleinbahn gebaut. Nach 1944 kam sie zur Spreewaldbahn, einer romantischen Bahnlinie entlang der Kanäle und baumbestandenen Chausseen in der Nähe von Cottbus.
Leider existiert die Spreewaldbahn nicht mehr, doch die beliebte Lok ist erhalten geblieben. Heute fährt sie im Sommer auf der Museumsbahn des Deutschen Eisenbahnvereins (DEV) in Bruchhausen-Vilsen bei Bremen zur Freude von Touristen und Eisenbahnfreunden. This model has been in the LGB product line up for a long time as the Spreewald (DR).
The most significant changes compared to the older version http://www.gbdb.info/details.php?image_id=86 is the incorporated electronic circuitry. This model already includes the new multi-purpose socket.
This beautifully proportioned tank locomotive was built in 1917 at the Jung Locomotive Works for the narrow gauge Pillkaller Kleinbahn. However, the loco didn’t become well known until it was transferred to the Spreewaldbahn, a popular line running along the canals and tree-lined roads near Cottbus.
The Spreewald line is gone now, but the “Spreewald” loco has been preserved by the Deutscher Eisenbahn Verein (DEV) in Bruchhausen-Vilsen. There, it still delights both tourists and railfans. You can enjoy it too with this beautiful LGB model, which wears the loco’s Spreewaldbahn livery and lettering. Equipped with Type I MTS decoder.
The Prototype
This beautifully proportioned tank locomotive was built in 1917 at the Jung Locomotive Works for the Pillkaller narrow gauge line.
