B-Tenderlok 99 5001 der Deutschen Reichsbahn.
Weitgehend vorbildgetreues Supermodell mit Speichenrädem und Original Heusinger-Steuerung.
Am Gehause viele aufgesetzte Zusatzteile wie Drucklufpumpe, Dampfleitungen, Generator, Bremsschläuche, Glocke sowie bewegliche
Klappen am Kohlekasten. Vorne und hinten freistehende Loklateren mit Lichtwechsel entsprechend der Fahrtrichtung.
Über einen Dreiwegschalter im mit Armaturen ausgestatteten Führerhaus lassen sich die Betriebsarten Fahrt mit Licht, Stand mit Licht
und Rauch und stromlos abgestellt wählen. Eine elektronische Konstant schaltung sorgt dafür, daß schon bei Langsamfahrt die Beleuchtung gleichbleibend hell leuchtet und der Rauchentwickler in Betrieb gesetzt wird.
Vorbild:
Die Stadt Spremberg in der Lausitz besaß eine vom Bahnhof zur Stadt führende Schmalspurbahn, die sich im Laufe der Jahre zu einem 23 km langen Industriebahnnetz mit Rollbockverkehr entwickelte. Zum Einsatz kamen überwiegend zweiachsige Dampflokomotiven. Unter diesen Loks befand sich eine kleine Maschine mit dickem Kessel, die Borsig 1925 gebaut hatte. Das kraftvolle und reizvolle Maschinchen tat bis zur Stillegung der Spremberger Stadtbahn im Jahre 1956 dort ihren Dienst. Danach wurde sie im RAW Görlitz überholt. Anschließend setzte die Deutsche Reichsbahn die Lokomotive auf der Harzquerbahn im Bahnhof Wernigerode-Westerntor im Rangierdienst ein Ende der sechziger Jahre wurde die Lok von der DR ausgemustert, Sie ist heute bei der französischen Museumseisenbahn in Pitivier im Einsatz zu sehen.
1993 wurde das Modell in LGB 20761 umnummeriert.

This very true-to-life model has spoked wheels and prototypical Heusinger valve gear. The boiler is detailed with a compressor steam pipes, generator, bell and even moveable coal box hatches. Front and back are free standing lanterns with directional lighting control. The three-position switch on the control panel allows for loco movement with light and smoke, no movement with light and smoke or a complete "off" setting. An electronic circuit provides for constant lighting strength regardless of the speed of the loco.
Prototype:
The town of Spremberg in Lausitz owned a narrow gauge railwav which ran from the railwav station into the town. Over the vears this developed into a 23 km long industrial railway network with much shunting traffic. Put into service were mainly twin axled steam locomotives. Among these locos appeared a little "workhorse" with a big round boiler built in 1925 by the Borsig Locomotive Works.
This strong yet beautiful machine staved in service on the Spremberg Railway until its closure in 1956. After that it was overhauled in the Gorlitz repair yard and was then put into Service by the German State Railways on the Harzquer line in the Wernigerode-Western station for shunting purposes. Finally at the end of the sixties it was again taken out of service and overhauled. Today it is in the hands of the French Railway Museumn in Pitivier and still in use.
