Description: English below

English

The Baltimore & Ohio hauled coal – and lots of it – from the mines of the Allegheny Mountains to the cities of the eastern seaboard. This LGB model lets you know it's working with a digital sound system, including steam, bell and whistle sounds. (With the LGB Multi-Train System, you can control the loco's sounds and other features by remote control anywhere on your layout!)

The Prototype
The Mogul locomotive is an American classic. During the late 1800s and early 1900s, more than 10,000 of these versatile locos were built for freight and passenger service throughout North America.
The term "Mogul" refers to the "2-6-0" wheel configuration of these locos: two small guide wheels followed by six big driving wheels and no trailing wheels.
