Bei der Suche nach RollprÃ¼fstÃ¤nden sind mir die doch zum Teil recht hohen Preise ins Auge gefallen!
Aus diesem Grund habe ich beschlossen mir einige RollbÃ¶cke als RollprÃ¼fstand selber zu bauen zu einem Bruchteil der Kosten die sonst entstehen wÃ¼rden.

Hier meine Materialliste:

Alu L-Profil 30 x 20 mm zugeschnitten in LÃ¤ngen von ~ 49mm
4 x geschlossene / gekapselte Kugellager 608 ZZ (8/22/8mm-Innen-/AuÃŸendurchmesser/Breite)
4 x Linsenkopfschrauben M8 x 16mm
4 x Unterlegscheiben
4 x Sechskantmuttern M8
1 x Acrylplatte ~ 61 x 49mm
4 x Linsenkopfschrauben M2 x 8mm und
4 x Sechskantmuttern M2

Zwischen den Kugellagern musste ich noch nachtrÃ¤glich eine Vertiefung machen damit eventuell GestÃ¤nge von Dampflokomotiven nicht auf das Alu stoÃŸen.

While searching for test rollers for my running gear, I was taken aback by the rather high prices!
So I decided to built some myself at the fraction of the cost

My list of materials:

Aluminum L-profile 30 x 20 mm cut into lengths of about 49mm
4 x closed / sealed ball bearings type 608 ZZ (8/22/8mm - inner diameter/outer diameter/width)
4 x pan head screws M8 x 16mm
4 x washers
4 x hexagon nuts M8
1 x acrylic plate about 61 x 49mm
4 x Pan Head Screw M2 x 8mm
4 x Hex Nuts M2

A cutout has to be made between the rollers on each side so that any linkeage of the drive train does not interfere with the aluminum L-profile.
