US Western Schlepptenderlok.
Vorbild war nach Roth & Doggett eine in Deutschland gebaute Lok die in deutschen US Westen Filmen benutzt wurde.
Diese Lok hat einen Motor in der Lok und einen Motor im Tender im Gegensatz zur LGB 2016 Lok die keinen Motor im Tender hat.
Die Achsen des Tenders (ohne Antrieb) der LGB 2016 Lok sind rot anstatt schwarz beim Tender der 2017 Lok.
Diese Lok gab es in zwei versionen, die erste hatte ein unlackiertes, schwarzes Fahrgestell und angegossene Armaturen oben auf dem Kessel, die zweite Version hatte ein lackiertes, schwarzes Fahrgestell und angegossene Armaturen an der Seite des Kessels mit aufgedruckten Armaturen oben auf dem Kessel.

US Western locomotive with tender.
The prototype, according to Roth and Doggett was a locomotive built in Germany and used in films about conquering the US West.
The locomotive has a motor in the loco and one in the tender as opposed to the LGB 2016 locomotive where the tender is not powered.
The wheels of the LGB 2016 tender (not powered) are red instead of black.
This locomotive was produced in two versions. The first one had an unpainted, black chassis and moulded gauges at the top of the boiler, the second version had a painted black chassis with moulded gauges to the side of the boiler and pad-printed gauges at the top of the boiler.
