Die Deutsche Bundesbahn benötigte in den sechziger Jahren neue Wagen, um ältere Fahrzeuge ablösen zu können. Der Reisezugwagen 2. Klasse Bm 234 gehört zu einer überaus erfolgreichen Fahrzeugfamilie. Über viele Jahre prägten diese Waggons das Bild der DB-Schnellzüge. Das LGB-Modell gibt einen Wagen in der typischen grünen Lackierung wieder. Die Beschriftung entspricht exakt dem Vorbild. Das Modell verfügt über eine Inneneinrichtung, Metallräder, Innenbeleuchtung und Türen zum öffnen. Mit dem Bm 234 legen wir den passenden Wagen zur DB-Diesellok V 200 (LGB 20940) auf.
In the 1960s, the Deutsche Bundesbahn needed new coaches to replace aging cars, and the second-class “Bm 234” series cars were very successful in that role. Over the years, these cars became the trademark of DB express passenger service, and this LGB model shows the car in its typical green livery with prototypical markings. It includes opening doors, interior furnishings, interior lighting and metal wheels. It's a perfect mate for the V 200 series diesel locos (LGB 20940). |
