Vorbild:
So haben sie ausgesehen, die Wagen der ersten Generation von elektrischen Straßenbahnen nach den Pferdebahnwagen in den Städten Deutschlands. Die offenen Plattformen boten den Fahrern keinen Schutz vor Witterungseinflüssen. Die Fahrgäste im Wageninneren saßen meist auf Längsbänken, bis zu 10 Personen auf einer Seite. In der Regel hatten die Wagen noch keine elektrische Heizung. Sowohl Fahrer als auch Fahrgäste mussten sich mit der richtigen Kleidung vor dem Wetter schützen. Die Höchstgeschwindigkeit dieser Straßenbahnzüge betrug etwa 25-30 km/h.
Liliput bringt nun zur Ergänzung der Triebwagen die entsprechenden Beiwagen.

Pototype:
These were what the first generation of electric tramway carriages looked like after taking over from the horse-drawn carriage in the cities of Germany. The open platforms offered the drivers no protection in bad weather. The passengers inside sat for the most part on long benches with up to 10 people on each side. As a rule the carriages did not have any electric heating. Both driver and passengers had to wear suitable clothing to protect themselves from the weather. The maximum speed of these railcars was between about 25-30 km an hour.
