Description: English below

Lokdaten: LüP 6,16 m, Vmax 25 km/h, Lokdienstlast 21, 0 Mp (t), Wasservorrat 1,4 m3, Kohlevorrat 0,85 t

English

B-Typе tank locomotive No. 99 5001 of the German State Railways (ex Spremberg City Railway No 11, type K 22.10).
Excetionally sturdy model with all the details of the prototype:
• large air pump
• bell on top of the smoke box
• both axles are driven
• one traction tyre
• electrical pick-up from all four wheels and two pick-up shoes
• no light installation

Prototype:
The Spremberg City Railway, inaugerated in 1897, purchased the prototype of our LGB loco from Borsig under the manufaturer's number 11870 in 1925 and commissioned it with the road number 11. The "little fat one" proved itself exceptionally until the closure of the railway in 1956.
The loco was taken over by the German State Railways. In 1957, it went to the Harz Railway (former Nordhausen-Wernigerode Railway) with the road number 99 5001, where it was mainly used for shunting, at the carrier truck pits and at the connections to the industrial sites.
Today, this little chunky B-Typе tank locomotive can be seen at the tourist railway of Duniéres-St. Agrève, south of St. Etienne, on part of the network of the former Chemin de fer du Vivarais.
Data: Length over buffers 6,16 m (20' 2.5''), maximum speed 25 km/h (15 mp/h), maximum weight 21 metric tonnes (23 tonnes), water storage capacity 1,4 m3 (370 gallons), coal storage capacity 0,85 metric tonnes (1 ton)

This engine was produced in six different versions between 1974 and 1984, also as a Primus engine 20875.
In 1983, the LGB 2076 complemented this locomotive in the Lehmann product line and replaced it in 1986.
This model is the third version of the LGB 2075 with a matte body, golden bell and earlier version motor block.
