Dunkelgrüne Pennsylvania GE U25-B Diesellokomotive mit Innenbeleuchtung, fahrtrichtungsabhängigen Scheinwerfern, detailliertem Führerstand. zwei Motoren, Raucherzeuger, Hupe, Metallgeländer, gefederten Drehgestellen, modularen elektrischen Anschlüssen, Schalter für Motore, Lüfter und Beleuchtung.
Die Lok war erst eine Sonderproduktion für das Hobbygeschäft Nicolas Smith Trains in Pennsylvania, USA mit einer Auflage von 500 Stück und wurde später als Standard Produkt weitergeführt.
Verfügbare Laufnummern waren 2501 und 2502.
