Standard production 2028D locomotive with unusual tender. 1st production locomotive with blood red cow-catcher and head lamp housing; gold flag posts. Tender is molded light gray painted light charcoal. Black painted chassis, no electrical outlets [never installed], no markings on tender hood. Top of tender hood is unpainted molded light grey plastic. Chassis has mounting outline for fireman. Green-shirted fireman. Normal locomotive with rare, unusual tender.
