In der ehemaligen DDR konnte man vielerorts "markige Sprüche" finden, auf Postern, Hauswänden und sogar Eisenbahnzügen! 1949 übernahm die Deutsche Reichsbahn die Nordhausen-Wernigeroder Eisenbahn (NWE) und diese große Dampflok erhielt die Nummer 99 6001. In den frühen 60er Jahren wurden die Wassertanks der Lok mit dem großen Schriftzug "Proletarier aller Länder vereinigt Euch!" dekoriert.
Auch der sogenannte "Lunin"-Wimpel auf der Führerhauswand ist eine Besonderheit: Er zeigt, daß die Lok einem einzigen Lokführer unterstand und von diesem gepflegt wurde.
Diese Maschine aus einer unvergessenen Epoche ist jetzt als Limited Edition in einer Auflage von 800 Modellen mit Zertifikat erhältlich.Dies ist ein Artikel zum 120. Firmenjubiläum.
Vorbild
Krupp baute 1939 diese zugstarke Schmalspurlok für die Nordhausen-Wernigeroder Eisenbahn (NWE). Diese Dampflokomotive war mit einem Überhitzer ausgestattet und konnte bis zu 80 Tonnen schwere Züge auf einer Steigung von 3% ziehen. 1949 wurde die NWE von der Deutschen Reichsbahn übernommen, und die Lok als 99 6001 eingereiht. Sie verkehrte weiterhin auf der meterspurigen Harzquerbahn in der eindrucksvollen Mittelgebirgslandschaft des Harzes. Heute kann man diese schöne Lok auf der Selketalbahn im Harz erleben.

Dieses detaillierte und wetterfeste Modell ist reichhaltig ausgestattet. Es verfügt über:

During the Communist era, political slogans appeared everywhere, on posters, on homes and even on trains! When the Deutsche Reichsbahn took over the narrow gauge Nordhausen-Wernigeroder Eisenbahn (NWE) in 1949, it renumbered this big steam loco 99 6001, and then, in the early 1960s, the loco’s water tanks were boldly decorated with the slogan, "Proletarier aller Länder vereinigt Euch!” or “Workers of the world unite!”
The “Lunin” flag painted on the cab is another special touch. It indicates that the loco is in the personal care of a single engineer.
This relic of an unforgettable era is now available in a Limited Edition of 800 models, each with a certificate.

The Prototype
This powerful locomotive was built by the Krupp Locomotive Works in 1939. The loco used superheated steam to pull trains weighing up to 80 metric tons (88 U.S. tons) up the 3% grades of the Nordhausen-Wernigeroder Eisenbahn (NWE), also known as “Harzquerbahn.” This meter-gauge line links the towns in the deep valleys and picturesque mountains of the Harz Mountains. After 1949, the NWE became part of the Deutsche Reichsbahn (DR), and the loco was renumbered DR 99 6001. Today the loco still operates in the Harz on the Selketalbahn line of the Harzer Schmalspurbahnen (HSB).
