Description: English below

Erste Auslieferung: November 2005

English

The Santa Fe’s red and silver “Warbonnets†may have captured the fancy of the train-traveling public, but a fleet of hundreds of these blue and yellow diesels vanquished steam power and did the real work, moving fast freight and heavy tonnage between the Pacific and the Midwest. They went everywhere the Santa Fe did, from Illinois farmland to Kansas wheat fields to Arizona deserts. Lash-ups of eight or more F7s were often employed in Santa Fe's ongoing battles against legendary grades like the Cajon Pass, Tehachapi and Raton Pass.
With twin Bühler motors, this LGB model provides the freight pulling power you need for your own grades. Add a matching “B-unit†(26584) for authentic digital sound.
