Eine Stellungnahme des Unternehmens wurde auf auf der Homepage und im Newsletter verÃ¶ffentlicht und steht als pdf Datei unten rechts zum Download verfÃ¼gbar.
Ziel ist es das Unternehmen mit Hilfe des Insolvenzverwalters zu sanieren.

Am 21. Mai 2020 wure bekannt daÃŸ die Zukunft von Kiss Modellbahnen geregelt ist, eine Pressemitteilung wurde von den Firmen Fine Models und Kiss Modellbahnen Schweiz GmbH verÃ¶ffentlicht.

Danach Ã¼bernimmt Fine Models die Marke â€žKiss Modellbahnen Deutschlandâ€œ. Fine Modells wird schwerpunktmÃ¤ÃŸig die Spur 1 Modelle fortfÃ¼hren. Allerdings Ã¼bernimmt Fine Modells auch die 1:22,5 Projekte der BR 99.590 (Harzmallet) und der BR 99.2 (Brockenlok).

Die neu gegrÃ¼ndete GmbH Kiss Modellbahnen Schweiz wird sich auf den Schweizer Markt konzentrieren. Die Firma plant als nÃ¤chstes den Fokus auf die IIm-Modelle HGe 4/4 I und HG 4/4 der FO bzw. DFB zu legen.

Kiss Modellbahnen filed for insolvency on March 11, 2020 at the Darmstadt register court.
A statement of the companyâ€™s future plan was published on the homepage and in the newsletter and is available for download as pdf file at the bottom right (only in German).
The aim is to restructure the company with the help of the insolvency administrator.

On May 21, 2020 it was announced that the future of Kiss Modellbahnen is now ensured, a press release was published by the firms Fine Models and Kiss Modellbahnen Schweiz GmbH.

The firm Fine Models acquires the brand "Kiss Modellbahnen Deutschland". Fine Models will focus on the continuation of gauge 1 models. However, Fine Models will also take over the 1/22.5 scale projects of the BR 99.590 (Harzmallet) and the BR 99.2 (Brockenlok).

The newly founded firm Kiss Modellbahnen Schweiz will concentrate on the Swiss market. The company plans to focus next on the IIm models HGe 4/4 I and HG 4/4 of the FO and DFB respectively.
