Mit der Neuentwicklung der Dampflokomotive der Baureihe 50.35 erfüllt PIKO einen häufig geäußerten Wunsch vieler Gartenbahnfreunde aus Ost und West.
Das liebevoll umgesetzte Modell in der passenden Ausführung mit Dachfenster auf dem Führerhaus verfügt über feinste Lackierung und Bedruckung sowie eine dem Vorbild entsprechende feindetaillierte Gesamterscheinung.
Die Maschine überzeugt darüber hinaus durch ihre Robustheit, präzise gefertigte verchromte Radsätzen und eine sehr sichere Stromabnahme vom Gleis.
Viele extra angesetzte Details, z.B. Windabweiser, Sandfallrohre, Nummernschilder und Dampfpfeifen unterstreichen den edlen Charakter der Lok.
Die 50.35 besitzt hohe Zugkräfte und ausgezeichnete Fahreigenschaften.
Das PIKO Modell wird mit fahrtrichtungsabhängigem Lichtwechsel (weiß/weiß) geliefert und ist für den unkomplizierten Einbau eines Digitaldecoders und Sound mit großem Lautsprecher vorbereitet.

Besitzer Feedback:
Ein paar kleine Änderungen werden von Besitzern dieser Lok vorgeschlagen um die Fahreigenschaften zu verbessern.
1. Entfernen der Schienenschleifer. Diese sind bei dieser Lok unnötig da sie über Stromabnahme in Lok selbst und auch im Tender verfügt. Außerdem kann es durch die Schienenschleifer möglicherweise zu Kurzschlüssen bei Weichen kommen.
2. Bremsbacken die reiben entweder entfernen oder so fixieren daß sie nicht mehr reiben
3. Gestänge wo Kunststoff mit Kunststoff reibt und Auflage vom Lokkasten zum Getriebe leicht fetten
4. Möglicherweise Feder aus dem Vorläufer entfernen; hängt von der Spannung ab.

With the new development of the steam locomotive class 50.35, PIKO fulfills a frequently expressed wish of many garden railway fans from East and West.
The lovingly executed model in the correct version with roof window on the driver's cab has the finest livery and printing as well as a finely detailed overall appearance corresponding to the prototype.
The locomotive also impresses with its robustness, precisely manufactured hard chromed wheel sets and very solid power pickup from the track.
Many extra details, e.g. wind deflectors, sand pipes, number plates and steam pipes underline the noble character of the locomotive.
The 50.35 provides high pulling power and excellent driving characteristics.
The PIKO model is equipped with lights that change with the direction of travel (white/white) and is prepared for the uncomplicated installation of a digital decoder and sound with a large loudspeaker.

Owner Feedback:
A few small changes are suggested by owners of this locomotive to improve the driving characteristics.
1. Remove the rail sliders. These are unnecessary with this locomotive as it has current collection in the locomotive itself and also in the tender. In addition, the rail sliders may cause short circuits at turnouts.
2. Remove any brake shoes that rub or glue them so that they do not rub any more.
3. Lightly grease the drive linkage where plastic rubs with plastic and also the support between locomotive body and drive train.
4 Possibly remove the spring from the pilot truck; depends on the spring tension of the specific unit.
